Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of rice tea

  • 4 eggs

  • 50ml of oil

  • 1/2 cup of milk

  • 200ml coconut milk

  • 1 cup of sugar

  • 50g mozzarella

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Way of doing:

  • In a bowl, place the rice and eggs on top.
  • Then pour it into the blender.
  • Add the oil, milk and coconut milk and beat well.
  • Then add the sugar, grated mozzarella and yeast and beat again until well mixed.
  • Grease a mold with butter, place the mixture inside the mold and bake at 180°C for 50 minutes.
