Apple pie that melts in your mouth!

Ingredients:

  • 4 apples
  • 1 lemon
  • cinnamon powder to taste
  • 180g wheat flour
  • 270g sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 100g melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar

Way of doing:

Cut the apples in half, remove the core, then cut into thin slices.
Squeeze the lemon over the apples, stir so that the lemon spreads throughout them, then pour everything into a mold, greased with butter and wheat flour.
Sprinkle the cinnamon powder over the apples.
In a bowl add the wheat flour, passing it through a sieve, so that the dough becomes lighter and more airy, then add the sugar, baking powder and mix well.
Add this mixture into the mold, on top of the apples, spreading it well throughout the mold.
In a container add the eggs and mix well, then add the melted butter and mix well until smooth.
Add this mixture into the pan, on top of the flour layer.
In a container add the sugar, cinnamon powder and mix, then sprinkle over everything.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
