Grilled chicken breast accompanied by puree

Grilled chicken breast accompanied by puree is a delicious and wholesome dish that combines tender grilled chicken with creamy mashed potatoes. The addition of colorful peppers and a flavorful yogurt-mustard sauce elevates the dish to a whole new level.

Ingredients
1/2 red pepper
1/2 yellow pepper
1/2 green pepper
oil
500g boiled potato
50ml of milk
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
170g natural yogurt
50ml of oil
4 tablespoons mustard
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon of fried garlic
1 teaspoon of saffron
3 chicken breasts
mozzarella

Way of doing

Cut the peppers into strips and then into cubes.
In a pan add olive oil and add the peppers to sauté.
In a container add the already cooked and cut potatoes, add the milk and mash everything.
Add the peppers, salt and black pepper and mix well.
Place the mixture in a baking dish.
In a container add the natural yogurt, oil, mustard and mix everything.
Add salt, black pepper, fried garlic, saffron and mix again.
Make superficial cuts in the chicken breasts and dip in the sauce made previously.
Add the chicken to the pan over the puree and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
Add mozzarella and bake at 180° for another 15 minutes.
