250g cabbage
1 onion
3 egg
1 teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon of oregano
1 teaspoon of fried garlic
1 tomato
1 carrot
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
100g parmesan
100g mozzarella
parsley
200g of cream
mozzarella

Way of doing

Cut the cabbage into thin slices and set aside in a container
Cut the onion into slices and then into cubes
Add the eggs to the container containing the cabbage, salt, black pepper, oregano, fried garlic and mix very well
Add the chopped tomato, grated carrot, sliced ​​peppers, parmesan, mozzarella, onion, parsley, cream and mix again.
Transfer everything to a platter and add more mozzarella on top.
