Tuna Omelette, the Perfect Recipe for Dinner

Ingredients:

  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g mozzarella

  • 1 teaspoon of fried garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika

Way of doing:

Remove the liquid part of the tuna by passing it through a sieve.
Cut the onion and tomato into cubes.
In a container add the eggs and beat well until homogenized.
Then add the onion, tomato, tuna, mozzarella, parsley, wheat flour and mix everything very well.
Add salt, black pepper, fried garlic, paprika and mix again.
In a pan add oil, spread it well, then add the entire mixture inside, spread it well across the bottom, cover the pan, and let it cook for 10 minutes.
After this time, with the help of a plate, turn the recipe over, cover again, and let the other side cook as well.
