Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 cup of corn tea
  • chives to taste
  • 100ml of milk
  • 200ml of oil
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2 garlic cloves

Way of doing:

Cut the avocado, cucumber, pepper and tomatoes into cubes.
Transfer everything to a bowl, add the corn and chives.
In a blender add the milk, oil and beat well until smooth, then squeeze the lemon, add the mustard, honey, salt, black pepper and beat again.
Finally add the garlic and beat again.
Add the dressing into the bowl and mix well with the salad.
