I mixed rice with banana! Look at the result!

Today, I ventured into the kitchen with an idea that combines the comforting essence of rice with the sweet allure of bananas. The result? A delightful concoction that promises a burst of flavors with every spoonful. Intrigued? Let’s dive into the ingredients and method of this intriguing blend of rice and banana.

Ingredients:

  • 6 bananas
  • 1 cup of rice tea
  • water
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 lemon

Way of doing:

Cut the bananas into slices, then transfer everything to a bowl, add the rice, and transfer everything to a pan.
Add water until covered, then the cinnamon powder, mix and let cook for 20 minutes.
Transfer everything to a blender and blend until smooth.
Transfer everything to a bowl, passing through a sieve to strain.
Separate a part, placing it in a container, and put it in the blender again.
Add the sugar and beat well.
Place it back in the bowl, joining it with the other part.
Add the vanilla essence, squeeze the lemon and mix everything very well.
Place in a jar and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Serve with ice.
