Ingredients:

  • 300g of cabbage
  • Hot water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of cream
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 100g mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 100g mozzarella
  • pepperoni to taste

Way of doing:

Cut the cabbage into thin slices, then transfer to a bowl, cover with hot water and set aside for 10 minutes.
In a container add the eggs, cream, salt and beat well until smooth.
In a pan add the butter, stir until it melts, then add the cabbage, then the egg mixture, and spread well, leaving it even.
Add the mozzarella, cover the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes.
After this time, turn to cook on the other side.
Add the tomato sauce, then more mozzarella, slices of pepperoni, cover and let cook for another 5 minutes.
