Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 250g chopped cabbage
- ½ chopped onion
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1 grated carrot
- parsley to taste
- 50g parmesan cheese
- 200g of cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 200g grated mozzarella
- oregano to taste
Way of doing:
Add the eggs to the cabbage, transfer to a bowl, add the onion, tomato, carrot, parsley, parmesan cheese, cream cheese and mix everything very well.
Add salt, black pepper, oregano and mix well.
Transfer everything to a plate, spreading it well, add the mozzarella on top, the oregano and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
