Salmon in White Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces of  salmon
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of  butter
  • 120ml of water
  • spinach to taste
  • 250ml  cream
  • 50g mozzarella
  • rosemary to taste
  • 1 lemon
  • parsley to taste

Way of doing:

Season the  salmon on both sides with salt, black pepper and lemon and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
In a pan add the olive oil, then the salmon pieces and fry for about 4 minutes.
While frying, cut the onion into cubes.
Turn the fillets carefully and leave for another 2 minutes.
Cut the garlic cloves into very small pieces.
Remove the  salmon from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan add the  butter , onion, garlic and fry for 1 minute over medium heat, add the water and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
Cut the spinach into strips.
In the pan add the  cream and mix then add a little salt, black pepper, mozzarella and mix well.
Add the rosemary and let the sauce simmer for 2 minutes.
Cut the lemon into slices.
Place the spinach in the pan, mix it with the sauce, then add the lemon slices and the pieces of  salmon that were reserved, let it cook for another 2 minutes.

Add parsley on top and help yourself!
