Ingredients

  • 3 potatoes

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  •  eggs

  • oil

  • tomato

  • mozzarella

Way of doing

  • Grate the potatoes and place them in a container
  • Add salt and mix
  • Add the  eggs and mix again
  • In a pan, add the oil and spread it with a brush.
  • Then pour half of the mixture inside and spread it around the pan.
  • Add the tomatoes, mozzarella and the rest of the mixture
  • Using a spoon, spread everything so that it completely covers the filling.
  • Cover the pan and let it cook
  • Using a plate, turn the recipe so it cooks on the other side.
  • Cover again and let it cook a little more
