Cabbage pie – Healthy and delicious!

Cabbage pie, a delightful blend of flavors and textures, offers a healthy twist on traditional pies. Ingredients

  • 250g cabbage

  •  eggs

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon of oregano

  • 1 teaspoon of fried garlic

  • 1 onion

  • 1 tomato

  • 1 carrot

  • 1/2 green pepper

  • 1/2 yellow pepper

  • 1/2 red pepper

  • 50g parmesan

  • 50g mozzarella

  • parsley

  • 200g heavy  cream 

  • oil

  • mozzarella

Way of doing

  • Cut the cabbage into thin slices.
  • Transfer everything to a container, add the  eggs , salt, black pepper, oregano, fried garlic and mix well.
  • Cut the onion in half, then into slices and finally into cubes.
  • In the container containing the recipe, add the chopped tomato, grated carrot, peppers, parmesan, mozzarella, onion, parsley, cream  and  mix everything.
  • Transfer to a baking dish, then drizzle with olive oil and add mozzarella on top of everything.
  • Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
