250g cabbage

3 eggs

1 teaspoon of salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon of oregano

1 tomato

1/2 green pepper

1/2 yellow pepper

50g parmesan

Way of doing
- Cut the cabbage into thin slices.
- Transfer everything to a container, add the eggs , salt, black pepper, oregano, fried garlic and mix well.
- Cut the onion in half, then into slices and finally into cubes.
- In the container containing the recipe, add the chopped tomato, grated carrot, peppers, parmesan, mozzarella, onion, parsley, cream and mix everything.
- Transfer to a baking dish, then drizzle with olive oil and add mozzarella on top of everything.
- Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
