Crispy chicken with vegetables

Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
1 egg
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
salt
Black pepper
1/2 cup cornstarch
oil
100ml of water
30g tomato sauce
15g brown sugar
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
oil
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
2 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon cornstarch
50ml of water

Way of doing:
Cut the chicken breasts into strips and then into cubes.
In a container add the egg and beat.
Then add the chicken, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, black pepper and mix well.
Add the cornstarch and mix again.
Place in the fridge and leave for 30 minutes.
After this time, take the chicken to fry in the already hot oil.
Remove from the pan and set aside.
In another pan add the water, tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar and soy sauce. Mix everything and let it cook for 1 minute.
In another pan add the olive oil, onion, peppers and garlic. Mix everything and let it fry.
Pour the sauce in and mix, let it cook for 1 minute.
In a container with water add the cornstarch, mix and pour over the recipe. Let it cook for another 1 minute.
Add the chicken and cook for another 2 minutes.
