Potatoes au gratin with pepperoni

Potatoes au gratin with pepperoni is a delicious dish that combines the creamy richness of scalloped potatoes with the savory kick of pepperoni. To make this dish, thinly slice potatoes and layer them in a baking dish with pepperoni slices and a creamy cheese sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 1k potato
  • 2 pepperoni sausages
  • 1 onion
  • water
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • oil
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 35g wheat flour
  • 630ml of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 200g of cream
  • 200g mozzarella

Way of doing:

Cut the potatoes into slices
Cut the sausages into slices
Cut the onion into slices
Place the potatoes in a pan, add water, salt and cook
In a pan add olive oil, then the pepperoni and onion and let it fry
In a pan add the butter and stir until it melts, add the wheat flour and mix well
Add the milk little by little and mix
Add the salt, black pepper, nutmeg, cream and mix again
Transfer part of this mixture to a baking dish and then add the potatoes, one by one
Pour the pepperoni on top, the rest of the mixture and spread well
Add the mozzarella and bake at 180°C for 50 minutes
