Ingredients:
- 200g carrot
- water
- 130g cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of peanut butter
- parsley to taste
- 1/2 cup hot oil
Way of doing:
Cut the carrots into slices, then transfer everything to a container, add water and microwave for 7 minutes.
Once done, drain all the water, passing through a sieve, then transfer the carrots to another container and mash well, using a juicer.
Add cornstarch, sugar and mix well.
Take a small portion and shape it into a round shape, then flatten the center of the ball.
Repeat the process until the mixture is finished.
In a pan add water and let it boil.
Then add the dumplings inside and leave for approximately 5 minutes.
Remove the dumplings from the pan and reserve the cooking water.
In a container add the soy sauce, paprika, sugar, garlic, peanut butter, parsley, hot oil, a little of the reserved cooking water and mix everything very well.
Add the carrots into the container and mix with the sauce.
