Chicken breast rolls accompanied by salad make for a delicious and healthy meal! Here’s a simple way to prepare them:

100g of cottage cheese

100g of mozzarella

50g mayonnaise

25g mustard

200g mozzarella

1 cucumber

Way of doing
- Cut the chicken breasts into fillets and lightly beat them with a knife.
- Add salt, black pepper, cream cheese and spread well.
- Add the mozzarella to each fillet, the garlic powder, spinach and tomato.
- Then roll up each of the fillets and place them in a baking dish.
- In a container add mayonnaise, mustard and mix well.
- Using a brush, spread this mixture over the chicken and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
- After removing from the oven, add the mozzarella and parsley on top and bake at 180°C for another 10 minutes.
- In a container add the already cut cucumber, the onion into strips, the cherry tomato cut in half, the mozzarella and the basil.
- Squeeze half the lemon, add the salt, olive oil and mix.
- Cut the bread into slices, add it to a pan with olive oil and let it brown.
- Add the slices of bread into the container containing the salad and mix with the rest of the food.
- Serve the chicken with the salad and enjoy!
