Homemade avocado cake is a delightful and unique dessert that combines the creamy goodness of avocados with the sweetness of cake. Here’s a basic recipe to get you started:
Ingredients:
- 1 avocado
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 200ml of milk
- 2 cups of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

Way of doing:
In a container with the avocado already cut into cubes, add the eggs;
Then pour everything into the blender, add the sugar, butter and milk, cover and let it blend well.
Place the mixture in a container and add the wheat flour, using a sieve to make the dough lighter.
Mix everything very well until completely combined.
When the dough is uniform, add the baking powder and mix again.
Pour the dough into a pan already greased with wheat flour and butter, then, using a spoon, spread everything so that it is evenly shaped.
Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
