Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 5 tablespoons of wheat flour

- 100g mozzarella
- 1 teaspoon of fried garlic

Way of doing
- Cut the chicken breasts into cubes and reserve them in a container.
- Add the eggs, salt, paprika, black pepper, mayonnaise and mix everything.
- Add the wheat flour and mix again.

- In a pan add olive oil and spread it with a brush.
