Delicious and Succulent Steakhouse Meat!

Ingredients:

  • meat
  • sparkling water
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • rosemary to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste

Way of doing:

With the meat in a container, add sparkling water until covered.
Add the 2 tablespoons of butter into the container, letting it sink well in the water.
In a pan add the other 2 tablespoons of butter, as soon as it starts to melt add the rosemary and mix, then add the pieces of meat that were in the water, add the black pepper, salt and fry on both sides.
When you turn the meat, season the other side with the same seasonings.
