Bread pudding, the recipe that avoids waste



Ingredients:

  • 1 and ½ cup sugar
  • 100 ml of water
  • 2 loaves
  • 3 cups of milk
  • 3  eggs
  • 4 tablespoons of grated coconut
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 200g of cream
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • water

Way of doing:

In a pan add the sugar and stir until caramelized.

When it is caramelized, add the water little by little and continue stirring in the meantime.
Stir until it boils and remove from heat.

Pour the syrup into a mold and spread it well over all corners, including the sides. Cover and let it beat well so that everything mixes. Pour everything into the mold. 

Cover with aluminum foil and place the pan inside a larger pan. Inside the larger mold add water. Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes. Remove the pudding from the mold and place it in a container.

In a blender add the bread, milk,  eggs , grated coconut, sugar, cream and coconut milk.
