Ingredients
- 3 bananas
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of oats

Way of doing
- Remove the ends of the bananas, peel and cut 2 of them into slices.
- Mash the other banana with the help of a fork.
- Then transfer to a container, add the eggs and mix everything.
- Add the oats and mix everything.
- In a pan add olive oil and spread it with a brush.
- Then add the banana slices one by one.
- Pour the mixture into the pan and spread it so it is even.
- Cover the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes.
