Don’t eat bread anymore! An easy and quick breakfast!

Ingredients:

  • 3 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of oats
  • oil
  • honey

Way of doing:

Peel the bananas, then cut two into slices and mash the other with a fork.
Add the mashed banana to a bowl, then add the eggs and beat well.
Add the oats and mix well.

In a pan add the olive oil, spread it with a brush, then add the banana slices, then pour the mixture in, cover the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes.
Using a plate, turn the recipe over, cover again and let it cook for another 5 minutes.

Add honey and help yourself!
