Way of doing
- Cut the potatoes in half.
- Place in a pan and cover with water.
- Add salt
- Let cook for 15 minutes.
- In a pan, place the butter and stir until it melts.
- Then add the potatoes and let them fry.
- Turn the potatoes to fry on the other side.
- Add black pepper, oregano, paprika, garlic and butter.
- Squeeze the lemon and mix well.
- Add the parsley.
