Chicken with sauce and rice


Way of doing:

Cut the chicken breasts in half, into slices and cubes.
Cut the onion in half, into strips and cubes.
Cut the tomato in half, into strips and then into cubes.


Cut the green pepper into strips and then into cubes. Repeat the process with the yellow pepper.
In a pan add the olive oil and onion and let it saute.
Then add the peppers and tomatoes and mix well.
Add the salt, black pepper, paprika, saffron and mix again.


Add the tomato paste and stir everything.Cover and let it cook.
Add the rice and mix everything.
Add hot water, cover and let it cook.Add chives on top (optional).
Pour the chicken into the pan and mix with the other ingredients.

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1/2 yellow pepper
  • oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of saffron
  • 250g tomato paste
  • 1 cup and 1/2 of rice
  • Hot water
  • scallion
