Roasted chicken breast with tomatoes

Way of doing: 

Make cuts in the chicken breasts diagonally.Cut the onion in half and then into slices.Cut the tomatoes into slices.In a container add the olive oil, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, oregano, basil, brown sugar, garlic and mix everything very well.

Dip the chicken breasts in this mixture and stir so that they are all covered with the sauce.Cover the container with plastic wrap and let it marinate for 30 minutes.In a baking dish, add the chopped onion and spread it around the pan.

Add the tomato slices one at a time.Place the chicken breasts on top and pour the remaining sauce over the chicken.Bake at 220°C for 25 minutes.Add mozzarella to taste.Place in the oven again until the cheese melts.

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • salt
  • Black pepper
  • oregano
  • basil
  • Brown sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • mozzarella
