Bread pudding is a bread-based delicious dessert that is popular in many cuisines around the world. It is made with stale bread and milk or cream, with eggs, and a variety of other ingredients depending on whether the pudding is sweet or savoury.
Here’s the perfect way to reuse ripe bananas!

INGREDIENTS:

ΒΌ CUP SUGAR
2 TBSP WATER
COOK UNTIL CARAMELIZED
POUR IN A OVEN PROOF BOWL
2 BANANA
CUT INTO PIECES
2 EGGS
1 TSP VANILLA
2 TBSP SUGAR
1 CUP MILK

Slice the banana into pieces.
Add sliced bananas, egg, milk, 1/4th cup sugar, and vanilla essence in a mixer grinder and grind to a smooth paste.
Take 1/4th cup of sugar in a heavy bottom pan at low flame. Let it caramelize without stirring.
Pour the caramelized sugar into a flat-bottomed bowl (silver or glass).
Wait until the caramel sets then add the banana egg mix over it. (Strain the puree for uniform texture). Cover the pan with foil.
Place the vessel stand inside a large pan, add water, and let the water boil.
Now place the bowl inside the pan.
Steam cook for 40-45 min at medium flame
Once cooled Keep it in the fridge for 2hrs and serve.
