Ingredients:
1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup carrots, cut into thin strips
1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground black pepper

Directions:
1. Combine marinade: In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic powder, and black pepper.
2. Marinate beef: Add the beef slices to the marinade and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Prepare foil packs: Tear four sheets of aluminum foil and divide them evenly. Place one-quarter of the beef slices and one-quarter of the broccoli and carrots on each foil sheet.
4. Drizzle marinade: Divide the remaining marinade evenly over the foil packs.
5. Seal packs: Fold the foil sheets over the ingredients to create secure packets.
6. Cook: Grill the foil packs over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, or until the beef is tender and the vegetables are soft.
7. Open and serve: Carefully open the foil packs and serve the beef, broccoli, and carrots warm. Enjoy!
