Baked Meatballs with Potatoes and Carrots

Ingredients:
2 potatoes
1 carrot
500g ground  beef
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon garlic
parsley to taste
oil
200ml tomato sauce
mozzarella to taste

How to do it:
Grate the potatoes and carrots, then place them in a bowl, then add the ground beef and mix well.
Add the salt, paprika, saffron, black pepper, dried parsley, garlic, and parsley and mix well with your hands.
Shape the meat into balls and add the meatballs to a frying pan greased with olive oil. When one side is fried, turn it over to fry the other side. After frying,
place the meatballs in a dish, add the tomato sauce on top, the mozzarella and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
