Ingredients:
1 lb peeled and deveined shrimp
1 large zucchini, sliced
3 small potatoes, sliced
1/2 lb spicy Italian sausage, sliced
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
4 large squares of aluminum foil

Instructions:
