Breakfast Egg and Cheese Wraps

These delicious Breakfast Egg and Cheese Wraps are perfect for a quick and satisfying morning meal. Packed with scrambled eggs, bacon, spinach, and gooey melted cheese, these wraps are sure to become a breakfast favorite.

Ingredients:
4 eggs
A pinch of salt
Green onion, chopped
2 tortillas
Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Bacon crumbles
Spinach leaves
Tomato, sliced
Cheese slices
Unsalted butter
A pinch of black pepper

Directions:
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and black pepper.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of unsalted butter.
Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet, scrambling them until they are just set. Add the chopped green onion and mix well.
Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface. On each tortilla, sprinkle some shredded mozzarella cheese.
Divide the scrambled eggs evenly between the two tortillas.
Add bacon crumbles, spinach leaves, tomato slices, and cheese slices on top of the eggs.
Roll up each tortilla tightly to form a wrap.
In the same skillet, add a little more butter and place the wraps seam-side down. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately.
