Ingredients
1 tsp black pepper
1 onion, finely chopped
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 egg
1 tsp salt
700 grams chicken breast, minced
1 tbsp yogurt
1 tsp thyme
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

Prepare the Mixture:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced chicken breast, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, salt, yogurt, thyme, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Add Flour: Sprinkle the flour over the mixture and stir until the flour is evenly distributed and the mixture becomes slightly thicker.

Heat the Oil:
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
