Ingredients:
2 tomatoes
3 eggs
½ teaspoon salt
½ tablespoon butter
salt to taste
chopped ham
chopped mozzarella
oregano to taste
How to do it:
Cut the tomatoes into slices.
In a bowl, add the eggs and beat well, add the salt and mix.
In a frying pan, add the butter and spread well, then add the tomato slices, add the salt and let them fry for 2 minutes on both sides.
Add the eggs, the chopped ham and cover to cook.
