Ingredients:
parsley to taste
600g of  meat
3 tablespoons of oil
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
paprika to taste
2 cloves of garlic
1 onion
½ red bell pepper
30ml soy sauce
½ tablespoon cornstarch

How to do it:
Cut the meat into very thin slices.
In a frying pan, add the oil, then the meat and let it fry on all sides.
Add the salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic and mix well so that the seasonings are incorporated into the meat.
Cut the onion into slices, the bell pepper into thin slices, then add the onion to the frying pan, mix with the meat, then the bell pepper and mix again.
In a container, add the soy sauce and cornstarch and mix, then add to the frying pan and mix with the meat.
Finally, add the parsley and mix.
