Vegetable Gratin with Ground Beef

Ingredients:

mozzarella to taste
500g potatoes
2 tomatoes
1 onion
1 carrot
½ green pepper
500g ground  beef
½ cup of tomato sauce
olive oil to taste
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon black pepper
100ml of water
3 cloves of garlic

How to do it:
In a baking dish, add the  potatoes , tomatoes, onion, carrot, green pepper, ground beef, tomato sauce, a little olive oil, salt, oregano, paprika, black pepper, water and mix all the ingredients very well.
Add the garlic and mix again.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
Add the mozzarella on top of everything and bake again at 180 degrees for another 20 minutes.
