Ingredients:
800g chicken wings
1 teaspoon baking soda
water
300ml of beer
1  tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
honey
parsley

How to do it:

Place the chicken wings in a container, add the baking soda, water and mix
Leave it aside for 15 minutes
Then place everything in a pan, one next to the other.
Then add the beer, butter, salt, paprika, black pepper, crushed garlic cloves and soy sauce.
