Potato Pancake with Ground Meat Filling

Ingredients:
Mass:

  • 3  potatoes
  • ½ cup of milk
  • 3  eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 cup of wheat flour

Filling:

oregano to taste
2 tablespoons of olive oil
½ onion
½ kg of ground beef
1 teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon of oregano
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon of nutmeg
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ red pepper
½ green pepper
½ yellow pepper
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
1 cup of water
parsley to taste
butter
mozzarella to taste

How to do it:
Cut the potatoes into cubes, then transfer to a blender, then add the milk, eggs, olive oil, salt, black pepper and blend everything until smooth.
Add the wheat flour and continue beating.
In a pan add the olive oil, chopped onion and fry for 3 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly.
Add the ground meat, salt, black pepper, oregano, paprika, nutmeg, garlic powder and mix everything very well.
Add the diced peppers and cook for 5 minutes over low heat.
Add the tomato paste, water and mix well.
Finally add the parsley.
In another pan add butter, stir until it melts, then add a thin layer of the mixture, spread it well across the pan, when golden brown, turn it over to brown on the other side.
Add the meat filling, then the mozzarella, oregano, close the dough and cover the pan just until the cheese melts.
