Ingredients:
oil
3 bananas
2  eggs
3 tablespoons of oats

How to do it

  • Remove the ends of the bananas and peel them
  • Cut two of them into slices
  • Mash the other banana with a fork
  • Transfer the mashed banana to a container
  • Pour the eggs over the bananas and mix well
  • Add the oats and mix again
  • Add the banana slices to the pan already greased with olive oil.
  • Pour the mixture over the top and spread with a spoon.
  • Cover the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes
  • Using a plate, turn the recipe over and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
