Ingredients:

parsley to taste
200g  pasta
water
1 teaspoon of salt
oil
2 cloves of garlic
1 onion
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
1 teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon of oregano
100ml of milk
100ml of water
200g of  cream
150g mozzarella
1 tablespoon of butter
parmesan to taste

How to do it:
In a pan add the pasta, water, salt, olive oil and let it cook.
In a pan add olive oil, garlic, onion and let it fry.
Add the tomato paste, mix, then the salt, black pepper, oregano and mix.
Add the milk and mix again.
Add the water and stir.
Add the cream, mozzarella, butter and mix well.
Add the pasta and mix with the sauce.
Add the parmesan and parsley on top.
