For the Vegetables:
1 carrot, diced
2 potatoes, diced
1 zucchini, diced
1 tsp salt
For the Sauce:
1 onion, finely chopped
1 red sweet pepper, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, finely chopped
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
Black pepper (to taste)
100 ml (3.5 oz) tomato paste/puree
50 ml (1.7 oz) water
2 cloves garlic, minced

Season: Rub the tenderloin with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, coriander, and rosemary.
