Meat parmigiana – super juicy!

Ingredients:

  • 500g of  meat

  • 250ml of milk

  • salt

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 50g parmesan

  • black pepper

  • paprika

  • oregano

  • oil

  • 160g tomato sauce

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 50g parmesan

  • 100g mozzarella

 

How to do it

  • In a dish I will add the meat.
  • Then pour the milk over the meat.
  • Add salt and cover with plastic wrap and leave aside for 30 minutes.
  • In a container add the breadcrumbs, parmesan, black pepper, paprika, salt, oregano and fried garlic.
  • Then mix everything very well.
  • Remove the meat from the milk and coat in breadcrumbs, coat both sides of the meat in flour.
  • Place the fillets on the platter and sprinkle some flour on top.
  • Then pour olive oil over each of them.
  • Bake at 190°C for 30 minutes.
  • In a container add the tomato sauce, salt, black pepper, oregano, olive oil and mix everything.
  • Add the sauce little by little on top of each fillet.
  • Add the parmesan and mozzarella cheese on top of everything.
  • Bake at 190°C for another 15 minutes.
