250ml of milk

1 cup breadcrumbs

160g tomato sauce

2 tablespoons of olive oil

How to do it
- In a dish I will add the meat.
- Then pour the milk over the meat.
- Add salt and cover with plastic wrap and leave aside for 30 minutes.
- In a container add the breadcrumbs, parmesan, black pepper, paprika, salt, oregano and fried garlic.
- Then mix everything very well.
- Remove the meat from the milk and coat in breadcrumbs, coat both sides of the meat in flour.
- Place the fillets on the platter and sprinkle some flour on top.
- Then pour olive oil over each of them.
- Bake at 190°C for 30 minutes.
- In a container add the tomato sauce, salt, black pepper, oregano, olive oil and mix everything.
- Add the sauce little by little on top of each fillet.
- Add the parmesan and mozzarella cheese on top of everything.
- Bake at 190°C for another 15 minutes.
