Keto Friendly Surf and Turf Burrito

Ingredients:

300 grams of beef steak (or any preferred cut)
200 grams of shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 large avocado, sliced
1 cup lettuce leaves, chopped
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
4 low-carb tortillas
Instructions:

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Season the beef steak with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Add the beef steak to the skillet and cook it to your desired doneness (about 4-5 minutes per side for medium rare). Remove it from the skillet and let it rest.
4. In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat.
5. Slice the rested beef steak into thin strips.
6. Warm the low-carb tortillas in a dry pan for a minute on each side.
7. Assemble each burrito by placing lettuce, sliced beef, shrimp, avocado, and fresh cilantro on a tortilla.
8. Roll the tortilla tightly to enclose the filling, and serve immediately.

Notes:
Feel free to add other veggies like bell peppers or tomatoes for extra flavor.
