One-Pan Chicken and Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  •  potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 oregano
  • 200g mozzarella
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise

 

How to do it:

Cut the chicken breasts into pieces.
Use a kitchen hammer to break up the fibers and make the chicken more tender.
Cut the potatoes into slices.
Cut the onion in half and then into slices.
Cut the tomato into cubes.
Transfer the chicken to a bowl, add the salt, black pepper, oregano, paprika, garlic, olive oil and mix everything very well.
Pour the onion into a baking dish, spread it well, then add the potato slices, add a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper, a pinch of oregano, place the chicken over the potatoes, then cover with paper aluminum.
Bake at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
In a container add the mozzarella, tomato, egg, mayonnaise and mix everything very well.
Remove the chicken from the oven, remove the foil, add the mixture over the chicken and bake at 200 degrees for another 20 minutes.
