Sausage Bread, Perfect for Breakfast!

Ingredients:

  •  eggs
  • 50ml of milk
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 black pepper to taste
  • 2 slices of sliced ​​bread
  • butter to taste
  • 4 sausages
  • 1 tomatoes
  • chives to taste
  • mozzarella

How to do it:

In a bowl add the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper and mix well.
Spread a little butter on the slices of bread, then place them in a frying pan, with the side with the butter facing down.
Cut the sausages in half, vertically.
Cut the tomatoes into slices, the chives very finely.
Turn the slices of bread over, add the sausages on the side, the egg mixture, the tomato slices on top of the sausages, then the mozzarella on top of the tomatoes, cover and let cook for 3 to 4 minutes over low heat.
Add the chives on top of everything, then cut in half and fold.
