Ingredients:
- 800g potatoes
- water
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 carrot
- parsley to taste
- 150g mozzarella
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of yogurt
- 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
- oil
How to do it:
Cut the potatoes into medium pieces, then place them in a pan, cover with water and let them cook.
In a pan add the butter, grated carrot and stir.
Transfer the potatoes to a bowl, then mash them.
Add the carrot into the bowl, add the parsley, mozzarella and mix well.
Take a portion of the dough and shape it into a round shape.
Repeat the process until the dough is finished.
In a container add the eggs, yogurt, wheat flour and mix until homogenized.
Dip the potatoes in this mixture, one by one.
In a pan add oil, then the potatoes and fry on both sides.
