Oven Baked Meat with Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • oil
  •  potatoes
  • 1kg of  meat
  • 8 cloves of garlic
  • ½ green pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • black pepper to taste
  • paprika to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 5 cups of water

 

How to do it:

In a baking dish add a drizzle of olive oil and spread well with a brush, then add the potatoes, already peeled and cut, then add the meat and spread well over the potatoes.
Add the garlic cloves over the meat, green pepper, tomatoes and onion.
In a bowl add the black pepper, paprika, salt, olive oil, tomato paste, water and mix well.
Pour this sauce into the mold, over everything, then cover with aluminum foil and bake at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
After this time, remove the aluminum foil and return to the oven for another 30 minutes.
