Savory and Tender Meat Stir-Fry with Colorful Peppers

Ingredients:

  • 700g of  meat
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • water
  • oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce

 

How to do it:

Cut the meat into strips, then place it in a bowl and add the baking soda and mix, let it marinate for 30 minutes.
After this time, add water until all the meat is covered, and stir to wash well, then drain all the water.
In a pan, add the oil, then the meat strips, and fry until golden on both sides.
Remove the meat from the pan.
In the same pan add a little more oil, then the onion and sauté.
Add the peppers, cut into strips, and mix everything very well, letting it fry for 2 minutes.
Put the meat back in the pan, then the salt, black pepper and mix everything.
In a container add the olive oil, garlic, sugar, soy sauce, pepper sauce and mix well.
Pour the sauce into the pan and mix well to incorporate it into the meat, leaving it to fry for another 5 minutes.
