Ingredients

  • 2 cups of rice

  • 60ml soy sauce

  • 300ml of water

  • 2 tablespoons of barbecue

  • 1/2 cucumber

  • 1/2 carrot

  • 1/2 yellow pepper

  • 1/4 of broccoli

  • 100g of mushrooms

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 200g of shrimp

How to do it

  • In a pan add the oil, rice and sauté.
  • Then add the soy sauce, water and mix well.
  • Add the barbecue and mix again.
  • Cover the pan and let it cook.
  • In a pan add the oil, the chicken already cut into cubes, the garlic powder, salt, black pepper and mix.
  • When the chicken is cooked, add the soy sauce, barbecue and mix again.
  • In a pan add the oil, cucumber, carrot, yellow pepper, broccoli, mushrooms, salt and mix everything very well.
  • Pour the chicken into the pan, then the shrimp and stir.
  • Add the rice and mix with the other ingredients.
