Ingredients:
For the Brownies:
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
For the Topping:
1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 tablespoon sugar (to sprinkle on strawberries)
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup heavy cream

Directions:
Prepare the Brownie Batter:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
Beat in cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder. Spread batter into prepared pan.
Bake the Brownies:
