Oven-Baked Meat and Potatoes – Ready in Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 potatoes
  • 500g of  meat
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 200g mozzarella
  • oregano to taste

How to do it:

Cut the potatoes into cubes, then place them in a baking dish.
Cut the  meat into cubes, then transfer it to the baking dish as well.
Cut the onion into cubes and place in the pan, along with the other ingredients.
Add the salt, black pepper, paprika, olive oil and mix these ingredients very well.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
Grate the mozzarella, place it on top of the  meat , spreading it evenly throughout the pan, add the oregano and bake until the cheese melts.
