Skillet Tangerine Cake

Ingredients:
20g of sugar
5 tangerines
1 egg
50g of sugar
60ml of oil
100ml of milk
170g wheat flour
1 teaspoon of yeast
20g of butter

How to do it:
Cut the tangerines in half.
In a bowl add the egg, sugar and beat well until smooth.
Add the oil, milk and mix well.
Add the wheat flour, yeast and mix well.
In a pan add the butter, sugar and stir until it melts completely.
Add the tangerines into the pan, with the cut side facing down, then pour the entire mixture inside, on top of the tangerines.
Cover the pan and let it cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
After this time, use a plate to help turn the cake over.
